Niklaus B. Sonne has joined Lucas Corporate Finance's team. Niklaus holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) from the Copenhagen School of Business. He has a strong background in M&A and asset management. His is especially interested in capital raising for growth companies.

Allan Bülow has left Lucas Corporate Finance's team. Allan has become a full-time CFO.

Niels Dall retired on July 1st, 2009.  Niels was a great asset to Lucas Corporate Finance for many years.  Before that he made a career in Danish industry. Niels' retirement has been planned for some time.

Presenta was sold to private individual through an MBI. Presenta is a mature company trading in edible gifts. Former Schroder · Lucas Corporate Finance advised the seller.
