Allan Bulow joins Lucas Corporate Finance as the sixth partner as of April 1st. Allan holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration (Finance, Accounting, and Auditing) and a Graduate Diploma in Humans Resources Management   He has a professional background as General Manager as well as Finance and HR Director in major companies internationally and in Denmark.  Allan has extensive project management experience from international IS/ERP projects as well as change projects as well as line experience that varies from Mergers & Aquisitions, restructurings, consolidation of companies as part of market consolidations,  generational handovers as well as preparing companies for strategic divestiture.
